The Lineage

Blue Dream is a cross of Blueberry (DJ Short's iconic Indica) and Haze (the Sativa that built half the modern hybrid menu). The result: an electric Sativa lean balanced by Blueberry's sweet, smooth structure. Bay Area breeders refined it through the 2000s. By 2012 it was the most-searched strain in the country.

What you taste: sweet berry up front, layered with subtle herbal pine on the exhale. Smooth, balanced, never harsh. The terpene structure leads with myrcene (relaxed, earthy) but pinene keeps it bright — that's why Blue Dream feels energizing without going sharp.
