🌙 Strain Spotlight • Indica
Wedding Cake
Vanilla, earth, and the Indica that proves dessert can be heavy.
Wedding Cake walks an interesting line. The flavor leans dessert — vanilla, sugar cookie, faint citrus. The effect leans heavy. Most strains are one or the other; Wedding Cake is both.
The Lineage
Triangle Kush (Florida-bred, gas-heavy Indica) crossed with Animal Mints. Released by Seed Junky Genetics around 2017. Took over the dispensary scene fast — it was on every shelf in California by 2019.
The Profile
Vanilla cake, tangy citrus, earthy backbone. Smooth and rich. The terpene mix of limonene, caryophyllene, and linalool is part of why it feels relaxed without being sleep-heavy.
Visually: dense, chunky buds with deep green leaves laced through purple. Heavy trichome cover.
When It Hits Right
Evening. Dessert hour. After a long day when you want something rich without being knocked out.
